Understand the whole person
Maelvi is designed to understand a candidate’s real experience, goals and constraints.
Maelvi is being designed to help candidates understand which international opportunities are genuinely accessible — and to help hiring teams evaluate global talent with clearer, more relevant context.
Research and development
Maelvi is an international career intelligence product in development. It is designed to bring professional fit, individual goals and international mobility context into one clearer decision process.
Maelvi is designed to understand a candidate’s real experience, goals and constraints.
We are exploring how role fit can be evaluated alongside international mobility considerations.
The product aims to provide understandable recommendations while keeping humans responsible for decisions.
The candidate-side vision is to reduce wasted effort and make international career choices easier to understand — without taking control away from the person making them.
Understand which opportunities may genuinely fit their profile.
Consider professional fit and international mobility constraints together.
Prepare stronger, better-contextualised applications.
Keep control over every decision and submission.
Maelvi does not provide legal immigration advice, guarantee visas or submit applications without explicit approval.
We’re researching how HR and recruiting teams currently handle candidate matching and pre-screening, particularly when international candidates and mobility constraints are involved.
We’re exploring how Maelvi could support more consistent screening through clearer role-fit signals, structured candidate context and explainable mobility considerations. These capabilities are still under research and are not commercially available.
Maelvi is currently a private prototype. We are validating the problem, the workflows and the product’s limits before opening access.
These are design commitments for what Maelvi should become, not claims about completed systems.
Humans remain responsible for final decisions.
No application should be submitted without explicit approval.
Maelvi must never guarantee visa or immigration outcomes.
Recommendations should be understandable and correctable.
Personal data must not be sold to recruiters.
Capabilities still in development must always be identified honestly.
I’m building Maelvi and speaking directly with candidates, recruiters and hiring teams to understand where current matching and pre-screening processes fail. These conversations are helping determine what should — and should not — be built.
